Our boutique 6-reformer Pilates studio in Newcastle, NSW, offers a truly personalised experience. With small group classes that feel like 1:1 sessions, you'll receive focused attention from our dedicated and passionate team of teachers.

Founded by Rose Hartigan, Grace Movement was born from her love of movement and her extensive experience as a professional dancer and Pilates instructor. Our classes are designed to honour Joseph Pilates' six key principles - concentration, control, centre, breath, precision, and flow - delivering balanced and thoughtful Pilates sessions in a variety of styles.

Grace Signature

Gracefully combining strength building exercises and fluid movement patterns, our signature reformer class is a total mind and body experience. Flow through class utilizing all dimensions of the reformer for a balanced and complete all rounded class. We recommend a minimum of 5 foundations before joining signature. *Pregnancy-safe.

Grace Foundations

Perfect for beginners entering their Pilates era or those who want to take a slower paced class. Focussing on the classical fundamentals of technique and alignment to slowly build strength and confidence on the reformer and Pilates repertoire. *Pregnancy-safe.

Grace Progressions (Coming Soon)

An Intermediate to Advanced class for those ready to explore advanced Pilates repertoire with a focus on precision and control. Ideal for clients with a strong Pilates foundation, this class offers challenging variations. *Not pregnancy-safe.

Grace Fierce

A dynamic fusion of cardio, strength-building and muscle endurance exercises. This high-intensity interval training class incorporates intervals of vigorous cardio movements and targeted strength exercises using the reformer, mats, props and weights. *Not pregnancy-safe.

Grace x BALA (Coming Soon)

In this dynamic fusion of Pilates and strength training, BALA weights and equipment are added to sculpt your body from head to toe. Enhance balance, core stability, and muscle endurance in a class that will leave you energised and sweaty. *Not pregnancy-safe.

Grace Stretch & Release

This slow-paced class combines gentle stretches with breathwork to enhance flexibility, release tension, and improve mobility, leaving you feeling relaxed and at peace. Held by candlelight at night. *Pregnancy-safe.

Mums & Bubs

A supportive space for new mothers to rebuild strength, restore mobility, and reconnect with their bodies postpartum - while bonding with their little ones in a relaxed, inclusive environment. *Pregnancy-safe.
